Ingredients
1 pack crackers (I use salt cheese)
1 pack pudding / 2 packs of ready-to-eat agar
1 chocolate bar
30 gr butter
1 box medium liquid milk
Raisins for garnish
Step
First melt the butter, and crush the crackers until they are slightly smooth.
Then the crackers that have been crushed are mixed with melted butter. Mix until slightly sticky, prepare a baking sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil, then compact the ingredients in the mold until they are completely solid. When finished, chill in the refrigerator
To fill the pie. Cook the pudding / powder with liquid milk, then mix it with the melted chocolate too. (Remember the amount of liquid milk must match the amount of liquid written on the packaging of the pudding powder)
Finally, add the raisins and cook until they boil. Then put the dough into the pan that has been filled with the previous crackers layer. Let stand for a while then cool back in the refrigerator
(For a delicious result, the pie can be served if it’s been chilled overnight.) Otherwise, the bottom layer will usually crumble quickly when cut.
