Ingredients :
8 servings
8 Lasagne Noodles
2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken (rotisserie chicken)
1 pkg Bacon, cooked and crumbled (microwave kind works great)
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
Salt and Pepper
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Butter

Steps :
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, drain and rinse the noodles with cold water then lay them on a paper towel to remove excess water.
In a medium saucepan add butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.
Add salt and pepper. Continue whisking until smooth.
Add the parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer, continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.
Pour 1 cup of alfredo sauce in 9×13 inch pan
Add bacon and chicken to the alfredo sauce, mix together.
Spread about 2 tbsp. of alfredo sauce mixture over each noodle.
Roll each noodle and place seam down in 9×13 pan.
Once they are all in the pan pour remaining alfredo mixture over the top and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Cook for about 30 minutes until it is heated through and cheese bubbles and browns.

Ingredients :
3 chicken breast
2 tablespoons room temp butter
2 cloves garlic

Steps :
Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 180°c
Crush the garlic into a paste
Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic and mix
Apply the paste generously on the chicken breast
Cook the chicken on the oven for 30 mins at 180° then turn them the cook them again for another 30 mins
Serve with your desired accompaniment

Ingredients
16 servings
130 gr Blue Triangular Flour
10 gr Cornstarch
7 btr Whole Chicken Eggs
3 btr Egg yolk
160 gr Sugar
12 gr SP
125 gr Margarine (melt)
* ButterCream:
400 gr White Butter / Shortening
100 gr Margarine
300 gr Simple Syrup
Sufficiently Pasta Mocca
Sufficiently Coffee Water

Step
CAKE: Beat eggs, sugar, sp, briefly then add dry ingredients & beat until thickened
Enter the melted margarine, mix well using a spatula. Pour the mixture into a 20 “pan that has been smeared with margarine and parchment paper, bake at 180C until cooked (sy use 2 pans)
Once cooked, let the cake cool in the pan (this serves to reduce shrinkage on the cake)
After the cake is completely cold, wet the surface of the cake with coffee water using a brush and coat with buttercream mocca. Arrange the cake neatly

BUTTERCREAM:
Beat the white butter & margarine. Add the simple syrup, beat well, add the mocca paste, beat the cream again until smooth

or you can buy ready-made buttercream if you want more practical
coat each layer cake with buttercream, stack the cake into 1
Coat all the cake mash with butter & decorate according to taste, then give a touch of cocoa powder dusting if you want
